As so many things in life come and go, it is easy to live a life of regrets! I get plagued by FOMO or Fear of Missing Out is something that I have to fight against to balance out what is good for me personally or what am I just not wanting to be left out.
I have tried to intentionally practice gratitude and create happiness in my daily actions. I found a great article in which the author, Dain Heer, gives 5 great ways to Create Happiness in your Life.

3. Stop judging
4. Practice gratitude
5. Surround yourself with positivity
My one thing: I am going to start to practice gratitude for the small and big things in my life. I'm grateful for each cup of coffee and fresh avocados.
